The Invest in Lieksa project will establish a regional template for bankable investment targets and will develop a portfolio of tourism real estate offerings. The aim is to gather and identify operators and developers and help them to invest in their business and create growth. The first phase will be focused on the area of Koli and Ruunaa in an effort to activate construction investment in tourism key targets.
